There is easiest way to enable or disable the removable media or more devices to avoid distrubance from neighbours to share data to write data to disk or to removable media like flash drives or external hard disks or what ever.
1.USB hubs
2.DISC DRIVES
3.DISPLAY ADAPTERS AND MORE.
ok then here the process starts
right click on "MY COMPUTER" then go to properties
there select "HARDWARE" go to "DEVICE MANAGER"
here u see the list in this list you can enable or
disable the above given device by expanding
appropriate device and when you press right click on
the device you want to enable or disable and select
the action (enable or disable).
